For two nights, the Taylor Swift will be in KC at the Sprint Center. Though it may be “sold out” you can still find tickets out there. Chalk Walk Festival
Crown Center Square
This centuries old tradition is alive and going with pastel chalks on brick canvas. There will over 100 community chalk artists at the event! Some are even masters of the art and create three-dimensional illusions. It is completely free as well.
The legendary host of the tonight show will be in KC this fall for a night of laughs at the Kauffman Center! He got started as a stand-up comedian and he is bringing that long talent to our great city.
Country Club Plaza
Enjoy a night of music and performers along the Brush Creek with WaterFire. There will be several braziers floating atop the creek lit with fire for the entire crowd to enjoy from each side of the banks. Bring a picnic, enjoy the Plaza’s restaurants and then come down to the water to enjoy a one of a kind spectacle.
